1. No Returns

PowerMetrics India provides access to digital engineering calculation tools and services. Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, returns are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds

All payments made on PowerMetrics India are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to cases of non-usage, partial usage, misunderstanding of features, or accidental purchase.

3. No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation. Users are advised to review product details and pricing carefully before completing the payment.

4. Technical Issues

In the event of a verified technical issue that prevents access to the purchased service, PowerMetrics India may, at its sole discretion, provide technical assistance or service correction. No monetary refunds will be issued.

5. Payment Disputes

Any payment-related disputes must be raised with PowerMetrics India first. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
